Before founding The AHA Group, she spent six years as the Global Head of The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center. For the two decades prior to The Ritz-Carlton, Antonia held executive positions for demanding tech giants including Microsoft, HP and Siemens where she led numerous ground-breaking transformation projects for some of the world’s largest brands. Her multi-industry background in technology, hospitality and consulting has shaped her unique skill and philosophy around creating the most exceptional customer experiences in the world.
Antonia holds a double bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies / Civilization & Political Science / Economics from Dartmouth College. Raised abroad in Europe, Asia and Africa, she loves adventure travel and can regularly be found indulging her passion for mountaineering and solo climbing all around the world.

Nick is an internationally recognized expert in organizational culture, leadership and business transformation.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Nick spent over two decades as a senior executive driving ground-breaking innovation and business transformation for both small technology companies and global enterprise software & services corporations, such as Alcatel-Lucent, Veritas and MicroStrategy.
He has led and developed large international business units across all corporate disciplines including sales, marketing, product management, product development, IT, finance and operations; consistently producing market-beating growth, increased client satisfaction, and improved operational performance.

Nick holds 7 software technology patents in Business Intelligence and has authored extensive thought leadership across multiple industries.
He brings extensive domestic and international strategy & operations experience to The AHA Group and has lived and/or worked in Washington DC, Las Vegas, London, Maastricht, Cardiff, Paris, Sydney, Tel Aviv, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Beijing, Shanghai and Dubai; building ​​culturally diverse teams all around the world. Most recently, he was President of a multinational ERP company with offices on four continents.
A distinguished academic, Nick holds a first-class undergraduate (B.Sc.Econ.) degree in Economics & Management Studies from the University of Wales, and a master’s degree (M.Phil.) in Management Studies from Oxford University, where his dissertation was on the importance of organizational storytelling on leadership and culture. He extended his thesis and conducted additional post-graduate research at The Judge Business School, Cambridge University.
