I’ve spent time helping teams define strategic priorities, agree on new shared leadership values, and step back from day-to-day business operations to focus on addressing threats and blind spots in their businesses as well as capitalizing on strengths and market opportunities.
It’s been a fast start to 2024, but nothing feels better than coming out of the first 30 days turbo-charged, inspired, and ready to execute.
