This year, I’ll be discussing leadership in the luxury space and the unique new skills required to navigate the changing landscape of employee engagement, business leadership, and customer engagement.
I am passionate about the need to invest in modern leadership skills because delivering incredible employee experiences has never been more important. And those experiences all start with the capabilities of leadership.
